Announcing My New Podcast: The Healing Lifestyle

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of my new podcast, The Healing Lifestyle!





This project is incredibly special to me, and I am excited to share it with all of you. The Healing Lifestyle is a platform where we will delve deep into all things healing, exploring various practices and philosophies while navigating the beautiful complexities of motherhood, entrepreneurship, and daily living. I’ll be inviting some of my favorite people to share their experiences and perspectives on healing, community, family, and healthy living. Each episode will also feature guided meditations to help you through the week.


As an Ancestral Medium and Movement Healer, I’ve dedicated four years to exploring and teaching holistic embodied healing practices. Over the years, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of integrating different healing modalities into my journey. However, one of the biggest challenges many of us face is finding the balance between our healing journeys and the demands of everyday life. Whether it’s juggling work and family or trying to carve out time for self-care amidst a hectic schedule, it's a journey!


The Healing Lifestyle podcast was born out of my desire to address this very challenge and share what's working for me and what I am learning along the way. This podcast aims to be your companion and guide, providing insights, tips, and inspiration to help you integrate healing practices into your daily routine. We’ll explore a wide range of topics, from spiritual and emotional healing to physical wellness and mental health. And because I know how important it is to have practical tools at our disposal, some episodes will include a guided meditation designed to help you navigate your week with clarity and calm.

We’ll cover topics such as energy healing, ancestral wisdom, herbal medicine, crystal therapy, embodiment practices, and more. Whether it’s a new herbal remedy to try, a crystal to work with, or a simple embodiment exercise, you’ll walk away with actionable steps to enhance your healing journey.

The Journey of Creating The Healing Lifestyle

Creating The Healing Lifestyle podcast has been a journey in itself. It all started with a desire to share more of my personal healing journey and the incredible stories of those around me. As I began planning and recording episodes, I realized how much I wanted to create a space where we could all come together to learn and grow.


One of the most exciting parts of this journey has been reaching out to some of my favorite people to join me on the podcast. These individuals have inspired me in countless ways, and I can’t wait for you to hear their stories and insights. From healers and wellness experts to fellow mothers and entrepreneurs, our guests will bring a rich tapestry of experiences and wisdom to each episode.


Another important aspect of The Healing Lifestyle is the inclusion of guided meditations. I believe that meditation is a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery.
